My wife and I had just stopped in to get a brochure on the Passat. We had absolutely no intention of buying a new car at this time, and were only comparing vehicles for a purchase next summer. The ownership had officially been closed for 40 minutes, yet Mr. Albino was more than willing and happy to answer any questions despite the fact that we were only "looking." Within 45 minutes, we were in a new 2012 Passat and could not be happier. We consider ourselves lucky that he was still at the dealership and all of our dealings were with him. The finance officer was the only other person at the dealership and very willing to stay to help out as well. Mr. Albino was knowledgeable and helpful and in no way like the typical pushy "vulture" salesman.
