You’ll often times here salespeople use the line “we’ll treat you like family”. It’s easy to shrug this off since you won’t really know if it’s true until you need them to step up, and actually treat you like a family member. This has not been my first car purchase, but I honestly couldn’t even name the last salespeople from my past (some family right?) Enter, Carolina VW.. I purchased a car from them about a month ago, and unfortunately it wasn’t the right fit for me.. most dealers would turn their back or give you the run around.. but these guys truly stepped up and stepped in to help. We worked through all the pros and cons of all of my options, and they ultimately put together a deal that I know they had to go WAY out of the way to make happen. There was some pushing and pulling, and a few tears shed (theirs, not mine) But! I am now the proud owner of a BEAUTIFUL Atlas R line, a car that makes me feel like a rockstar on the road, and one that I know I’ll have for years to come. I had been car shopping for over a month at the point that I made an inquiry at Carolina Volkswagen. Donell Richardson reached out to me instantly and scheduled a time for me to stop by. When someone tells me they will call you back, that is what I expect. That builds trust with the company that you are dealing with. The car seem to run fine coming home but I have not driven it more than 40 miles, yet. I will add though, anytime Carolina Volkswagen has serviced my car, I have not had to go back with same problem.”
