I originally came to this dealership with the intent to look only, to get ideas of what kind of car I might want. I didn’t want to shop at any dealership because I’d had so many poor experiences with each of my vehicles prior. But when Drew approached me and my best friend in the parking lot with kindness and understanding, I had a feeling this experience would be a lot better than all of the others before. I had a budget set in my mind and had done tons of research to understand what I could or could not afford for a monthly payment, and the folks here were actually very respectful of that and didn’t try to push my financial boundaries. Drew answered all of our questions and went above and beyond my expectations. I don’t think I’ve ever laughed and had so much fun during a car sale before, and I’ve owned or leased 6 or 7 cars at this point in my life. Thank you to Drew and Chris and Sean for making this purchase so worthwhile and painless. I’ll definitely return whenever I’m ready for another car in the future, and I’ll be recommending all of my friends check this dealership out.

I recently purchased a 2024 Golf R at this dealer. I worked with Richard Albino. Richard was professional and worked with me to get a deal done. I drove up from Greenville and the deal turned out just as we had verbally agreed. I highly recommend this dealership.

Another successful VW leasing experience! I took my car in for an oil change, and left with a brand new Atlas that caught my eye when I was in the showroom! My daughter was looking to trade in her 2021 Jetta. She made an appointment and Jason had the vehicle she was looking at up front and ready. Along with another vehicle in a different color. Jason was extremely easy to work with and helped her with the correct vehicle for her. Sean in finance was very professional and informative while finishing her paperwork. Great job from both! I Would recommend this dealership to everybody looking for an upfront easy going no pressure experience.

I was very pleased with the level of service I received at Carolina VW. I took my older Jetta in for a check engine light issue. The issue was diagnosed within a half hour and I am confident that the repairs were done correctly. Mike McClaskey and everyone else I had contact with were extremely accommodating and courteous.

Speedy service! My oil change and state inspection took only an hour! Time flew by as I test drove a potential replacement for my 2017 Alltrack S. We couldn’t come to terms on price, but I had a nice time interacting with the sales staff and can see why so many locals trust Carolina VW for sales and service. I’ll be back!
