Responsibilities:

• Service vehicles.
• Change oil, transmission, and other fluids and filters on vehicles.
• Perform routine maintenance of vehicles.
• Provide service information to Service Advisors.
• Maintain dealership quality standards.
• Ensure that customers’ cars and shop areas are kept clean.
• Ability to learn and follow federal, state and local regulations, such as those governing the disposal of hazardous wastes.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or the equivalent.
• Friendly, hard working, drive to satisfy customer and department expectations.
• Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced atmosphere.
• MUST POSSES PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE AS A TECHNICIAN.
• Audi/ VW Certified Technician Preferred, but not required
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Ability to follow directions.
• Professional attitude a must.

Experienced Service Advisor
Carolina Volkswagen is looking to add experienced Service Advisor professional to its staff. We are looking to expand our Service department. If you possess excellent customer skills, desire unlimited earning potential while representing the Volkswagen brand on the market today, then please submit your resume to us for consideration. Applicant must have a proven track record in the automotive industry reflecting high CSI and as well as a successful sales history. Responsibilities:

• Be able to consult with clients to identify primary concerns & complaints with vehicles.
• Identifying & recommending other needed maintenance & repairs including dings & dents, wheel repairs, body shop & detail services.
• Generate Repair Orders, then track and close Repair Orders upon completion.
• Prepare estimates following the State Estimate Law and Dealership documentation requirements.
• Assist Service Manager to coordinate vehicle repairs based on time estimates, parts availability and skill levels.
• Must be proficient with computer programs, like Microsoft Office and have the ability to learn quickly. ADP experience is preferred.
• Possess above average interpersonal communication skills and selling ability.
• Applicant must be friendly, flexible and tolerant with both external and internal clients.

Our Service Department is fast paced and strongly focused on customer satisfaction. In order to be successful here, you must have excellent communication skills, you must be very organized and you must be able to sell.
