About five inches shorter and two inches lower than the 2027 VW Atlas for sale, the thoughtfully configured Cross Sport uses its space efficiently. And now, with upgraded tech and driver assistance, new comfort features, and a more powerful engine, the new Cross Sport inspires confidence on the road ahead.

A Sportier, More Premium Design

The new VW Atlas Cross Sport’s cabin has been carefully curated, now offering soft-touch surfaces, a bold cockpit loop, and contrasting upholstery colors and stitching. Choose the interior color scheme that best suits your style: pebble grey, black, or medium brown (plus available olive-green stitching). Leatherette upholstery graces entry level trims, Varenna leather is available on upper trims, and the top trim comes with Nappa leather.

10 ambient lighting colors come standard, with 30 on the top two trims. There’s even an “Atmospheres” feature that coordinates audio settings and ambient lighting!

This power-packed engine cranks out 282 horsepower and 258 pound-feet of torque, adding 13 horsepower while achieving better fuel efficiency. Speaking of efficiency, the hybrid model is scheduled to receive a midcycle refresh!

The eight-speed automatic transmission with Tiptronic® pairs with either standard front-wheel drive or available 4Motion® all-wheel drive to tackle any terrain with ease. In addition to a dynamic drive, the new VW Atlas Cross Sport offers an impressive 5,000-pound towing capacity when outfitted with a factory-installed trailer hitch.

Volkswagen has added some exciting safety features as well. An additional front center airbag brings the grand total to seven, while the IQ.DRIVE® system has been tweaked to achieve even better performance.

There’s more! The Travel Assist feature now supports driver-initiated lane changes, while the new Emergency Assist Plus steps up in a medical crisis, helping guide the vehicle toward the side of the road.

Park Assist Plus is available on the top trim to help maneuver into even the tightest spaces, and Predictive Adaptive Cruise Control (on the top two trims) adjusts speed as you encounter curves, roundabouts, exit ramps, and speed bumps.
