• Inspection: Certified Volkswagen tire inspections include a certified technician assessing tread wear, checking for sidewall and valve stem damage, measuring the treads’ depth, and measuring/adjusting air pressures.
• Rotation: Volkswagen recommends tire rotation service every 10,000 miles for even tread wear, safety, and life.
• Balance: Wheel balancing promotes a smooth, wobble-free ride. We use a digital wheel balancer to ensure even weight distribution across the wheel assemblies. Volkswagen recommends balancing wheels alongside rotations and when mounting new tires.
• Alignment: Wheel alignment every 12 months promotes long-lasting tires and safety. We use a computerized wheel aligner to restore wheel angles – camber, caster, and toe-in – to factory specifications.
• Flat Patching: We repair punctured tires if the damage is on the tread and measures no more than ¼ inch. A specialized patch seals the puncture while restoring air pressure retention and safety.
• Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) Repair: Tire pressure monitoring relies on pressure sensors, batteries, and transmitters susceptible to integrity loss. Contact us for TPMS repair if you receive erroneous pressure readings with faulty dashboard warnings.
