2026 Volkswagen Atlas and 2026 Atlas Cross Sport
The ever-popular Atlas and Atlas Cross Sport SUVs are back for the 2026 lineup. Both models offer five distinct trims. For the Atlas, the SE, SE w/ Technology, Peak Edition, SEL, and SEL Premium R-Line will be available. The Atlas Cross Sport lineup includes the SE, SE with Technology, SEL, SEL R-Line Black, and SEL Premium R-Line. In 2026, HomeLink® mirrors will be standard on SE models with Technology trims and higher.
2026 Volkswagen Golf GTI and 2026 Golf R
In 2025, these hot hatch models were refreshed with an updated design, upgraded technology, and enhanced performance in Golf R versions. Because of last year’s refresh, the 2026 models are largely unchanged. The Golf GTI lineup will retain the S, SE, and Autobahn trims. The Golf R is available in a standard configuration, accompanied by an optional Euro Style Package with Graphite Gray Metallic as a new exterior paint option.
2026 Volkswagen ID.4
The 2024 Volkswagen ID.4 received significant upgrades, including a new and improved infotainment system and software, along with a new rear electric motor that boosts power to 282 horsepower for rear-wheel-drive and 335 horsepower for all-wheel-drive versions. Additionally, the ID.4 Pro RWD now boasts an enhanced EPA-estimated range of 291 miles.
For the 2026 model year, the ID.4 will be available in five trims: Entry (Pro, AWD Pro), S (Pro S, AWD Pro S), and S Plus (AWD Pro S Plus). S Plus models will feature a factory-installed HomeLink mirror, with additional enhancements planned for the 2026 ID.4. We expect a mid-model-year update to introduce more features, and additional details will be released closer to the launch date.
2026 Volkswagen ID.Buzz
Debuted in 2025, this classic Microbus is back for 2026. Unfortunately, we don’t have any details yet! We expect more information to be released soon.
2026 Volkswagen Jetta and 2026 Jetta GLI
Volkswagen’s entry-level sedans received a 2025 refresh featuring updated designs, interior upgrades, and innovative technology. For the 2026 model year, trims include S, Sport, SE, SEL, and GLI Autobahn. Rear-seat pretensioners are now standard across the lineup, and SE models gain a standard sunroof. SEL and GLI Autobahn versions are equipped with an enhanced eight-speaker VW audio system, with the GLI Autobahn also adding steering wheel-mounted push buttons.
H7: 2026 Volkswagen Taos
The Volkswagen Taos, the brand’s entry-level compact SUV, underwent a significant refresh for 2025, so there are minimal changes for 2026. For the 2026 model year, available trims include the S, SE, SE Black, and SEL. Notably, rear-seat pretensioners will be standard at launch, with SEL models equipped with an eight-speaker upgraded VW audio system.
2026 Volkswagen Tiguan
The all-new 2025 Tiguan SUV, now in its third generation, offers more power and improved fuel efficiency, along with significant safety improvements over the previous model. For the 2026 model year, trims include the S, SE, SE R-Line Black, and the new SEL R-Line Turbo, which features a 268-horsepower 2.0-liter EA888 Evo 5 engine. All trims are equipped with an updated Travel Assist system, now featuring Assisted Lane Change.
